The Núcleo de Tratamento e Cirurgia da Obesidade (NTCO) comprises interdisciplinar doctors from several specialties (Surgeons, Psychiatrists, Endocrinologists, cardiologists, dermatologists and plastic surgeon); and Professional like: Nutritionists, Psychologists and a group from the administrative area with the coordination of Dr. Erivaldo Santos Alves.Médicos.
We have our own clinic to see the patients, but we also develop our activities in good hospital in Salvador like: Hospital Português, Hospital Salvador, Hospital Santo Amaro, Hospital Aliança and Hospital da Bahia.
The NTCO has tried to offer the best attention to the obese patient (before, during and after the treatment) evaluating the physical, psycho and social aspects as the world health organization advices.
